Where is The Cut Truck based?

Our home base is BLANKSPACES Venice - 606 Venice Boulevard, Venice, CA, 90291 (right off of Abbot Kinney!), but we can travel for pop-ups, events, and special occasions. Unless stated otherwise, your appointment will be at our Venice location.

How do I enter the salon?

Venice Blvd Entrance: 606 Venice Blvd, Venice, CA, 90291 - the pedestrian gate is usually open but if not, give us a call and we’ll open it up for you right away. Walk straight ahead alongside the outside of the building and you will see the truck. 
Abbot Kinney Entrance: 1800 Abbot Kinney Blvd, Venice, CA, 90291 - give us a call to open the pedestrian gate. Walk straight ahead and you can’t miss us!

Where can I park?

Accepted Answer

There is 2-hour free parking on either side of North Venice Blvd, as far as the Venice Library, and along the western side of Abbot Kinney as far as Boulevard Coffee/F45 (both of which are a 2–5 minute walk).

There is unlimited free street parking on several residential roads around BLANKSPACES, including Victoria Ave, Boccaccio Ave, and Venezia Ave (approximately a 5–7 minute walk).

There is a free parking lot on Pisani Pl, Venice, where you can park for up to 10 hours at a time (8-10 min walk).

Additionally, there is a paid parking garage with 24/7 access located next to Erewhon Venice (5 min walk).

Metered street parking is available all along Abbot Kinney.

We highly recommend planning your journey ahead and allowing ample time to find parking. Please double-check all parking signs and restrictions, as certain streets may be blocked off on specific days or hours for street cleaning.

The Cut Truck cannot be held responsible for any late arrivals to your appointment or any parking-related issues.

A small indoor waiting room

Outdoor desks, chairs and communal spaces, perfect for coffee, working remotely, or just relaxing

Yes, please! We actively encourage photos and videos. Whether it’s a before-and-after, a selfie with friends, or a tour of the truck itself - just tag us @thecuttruckla so we can share your footage with friends.
